Since 1998 FEP has been instrumental in the realisation of renewable energy production across Asia, namely Hydroelectric and Solar projects. And now we are looking to introduce the next generation of renewable energy sources.

FEP process

  • 1. Project Announcement

    New energy projects are announced by public or private organisations. FEP first access advantage allows early review of project size & feasibility.

  • 2. Consortium Formation

    FEP assembles most competitively advanced consortium for the project. On the basis of project complexity leading organisations are sourced globally.

  • 3. Tendering

    FEP consortium bid is prepared & entered into the tender process. FEP on the ground team analyses and adjusts bid to remain shortlisted.

  • 4. Project Awarded

    FEP consortium is awarded the project. Consortium works closely to finalise all project sections. Project management services are available upon request.

  • 5. Construction & Commissioning

    FEP Consortium begins construction on site with strict deliverable schedule being followed. FEP serves as local party between client & consortium until completion.
